Unlike a traditional lease, almost everything is included in one monthly fee, including heating, electrics, cleaning, maintenance, super-fast WiFi and broadband, private parking, and full use of our shared kitchens. There are no hidden extras, just an easy, hassle-free way to work.
You’ll also benefit from our welcoming reception area, giving your business a professional first impression. Our reception team can greet visitors, accept parcels and mail, and, if you choose to upgrade, even answer your phones on your behalf, using your preferred tone and following rules you set, just like an in-house receptionist.
The building offers 24/7 access, is fully secured, and covered by CCTV around the clock, so you can work whenever suits you, with peace of mind.
Our terms are flexible too. Fees are on a monthly rolling basis, with no long-term commitment required, although we’re very happy to agree longer terms of up to three years if that suits your business better.
